O Luxemburgo que o São Paulo poderia contratar
O presidente Juvenal Juvêncio já disse várias vezes que respeita o trabalho de Vanderlei Luxemburgo, mas ele não tem o perfil do São Paulo.
Parte da sua diretoria também pensa da mesma forma.
Agora com a crise instalada no Morumbi já há algumas pessoas que até aceitam Luxemburgo como técnico tricolor.
Mas o mas é sempre colocado na mesa. Ele é ótimo, tem um bom currículo, conhece futebol, já foi muito ganhador, hoje nem tanto, está empregado, mas…
Para entrar no São Paulo, Vanderlei Luxemburgo teria que mudar a sua maneira de trabalhar.
Para começar não poderia trazer toda a sua equipe. No máximo traria um auxiliar ou mais um preparador físico.
O São Paulo tem a sua própria Comissão Técnica e no CT ou Refis, como queiram, tem profissionais muito competentes apesar da demissão do fisiologista Turíbio Leite de Barros.
Teria que pensar somente em futebol.
Não se meteria com contrato de jogador e nem na parte administrativa.
Não poderia tentar ser senador da República por Tocantins.
Não poderia jogar carteado na concentração ou fora dela.
Não poderia ter empresas de factoring.
Não poderia ter lojas de carro.
Não poderia ter bar ou casa de show.
Não daria palpite sobre a reforma do Morumbi.
Não se concentraria e nem faria pré-temporada em Atibaia, para isso já existe o CT da Barra Funda.
Teria que acertar sua vida com a Receita Federal e se livrar de qualquer outro processo pendente na justiça.
Em suma, teria que ser técnico de futebol.
Trabalharia diretamente com o elenco e teria direito de supervisonar toda a garotada da base, que aliás tem funcionado mal no São Paulo que há muito tempo não revela ninguém de qualidade.
Se for apenas técnico, Vanderlei ainda pode ser um dos melhores ou o melhor de todos.
Na beira do campo chega a ser cerebral quando está com a cabeça só voltada para o futebol.
Caso contrário, acontece mais ou menos isso que se vê hoje no Atlético Mineiro. Vai caindo pelas tabelas.
Ah, ele também não poderia contratar nenhum jogador do Iraty, do Paraná, para não dar o que falar.
Quer saber? Não poderia contratar nenhum jogador do Estado do Paraná para ninguém se lembrar do assunto.
Se Luxemburgo aceitar tudo isso acho que o São Paulo gostaria de tê-lo como treinador.
Mas diante do quadro atual também o técnico poderia fazer algumas exigências aos dirigentes do São Paulo.
Uma delas seria montar um time e parar de comprar jogador barato que ninguém mais quer. Já seria um bom recomeço.

Um caçador encontrou no Egito um guru que encantava os animais com um Galo mágico que cantava. Com muito custo conseguiu comprar o Galo para ajudar em suas caçadas. Em toda sua ida a caça, diante de animais ferozes, o Galo cantava e os animais ficavam dóceis; imóveis e de fácil domínio. Então o caçador bummmm!!! Matava orgulhosamente aquele animal feroz. E foi assim… Saindo só ou em grupo dominava e caçava qualquer animal feroz.
Um dia, porém estando com certo grupo de caçadores, viu um grande Leão correndo em sua direção. Tranquilo pôs o Galo para cantar. E sem perceber o Leão continuava. O Galo cantava e cantava. E vendo que o Leão aproximava, e se aproximava mais, começou a forçar o canto do Galo até que não mais se ouvia. E o Leão então heccccc!! Comeu o caçador.
Dois macacos que numa árvore próxima estavam, comentaram:
- Bem que sabíamos que isso não iria funcionar com o Surdinho!
1. Não adianta fazer o que todos fazem. Os resultados serão os mesmos!
2. A mesma forma de cantar não encanta a todos os ouvidos
3. O que foi feito no passado pode não funcionar no futuro
4. A cada situação é Necessário uma medida diferente
